When booking on-line directly through our website, to confirm the booking, full payment will be required via an on-line invoice through our payment provider Square. Refunds can then be issued in line with our cancellation policy, when requested in writing.
When booking by telephone or email directly with us, a 10% non refundable deposit will be taken, and the card may then be used in conjunction with our cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy:-
If a booking is cancelled after 13:00 on the day of arrival or in case of a "no show", a charge equal to the total booking amount will be liable to the card used to confirm the booking. If the booking is cancelled within 48 hours before arrival then a charge equal to 80% of the stay will be liable. If booking is cancelled up to 7 days before arrival then a charge equal to 30% of the stay will be liable. If booking is cancelled 7 or more days before arrival then a charge equal to 10% of the stay will be made.
