First, follow maps to Alton Hampshire.
Turn into London road (at traffic lights) entering Holybourne village, north of Alton Hants.
Take 2nd turning right, Upper Neatham Mill Lane (Post code GU34 4EP), go under 10'6" railway bridge, and road turns into private B&B drive.
Drive over the river Wey, guest house accommodation will be facing you.
Bear left directly in front of bed and breakfast,leading into the accommodations open courtyard.
Turn right into guest house car park, marked with a large blue sign, park in one of the designated bays.

The Breakfast Menu

Relax in our traditional oak beamed breakfast room (7.15am to 8.15am weekdays, 8am to 9am Saturday & Sunday). Breakfast 7.00 - 9.00 can be arranged with prior notice.

We use local, free range and organic produce from close to the bed and breakfast where possible.

strong>Help yourself to:-
Fresh percolated coffee.
Fresh chilled orange or homemade apple juice.
Selection of cereals.
Organic semi skimmed milk in jugs.
Homemade jams, marmalade and locally produced honey.

Please request:-
Pots of tea, decaf, Earl Grey, green or fruit. Fruit layers of nanural yogurt, and granola with fresh seasonal fruit. Jugs of organic full fat milk.
Toast, from homemade wholemeal or white bread.

Hot choices:
Meat eater:
2 rashers smoked back bacon (please request unsmoked), 1 specialty pork sausage, fresh mushrooms and tomatoes, 1 egg fried, scrambled or poached.

Meat treat:
1 rasher smoked back bacon (please request unsmoked), 1 specialty pork sausage, fresh mushrooms and tomatoes, 2 eggs fried, scrambled or poached.

The veggie:
2 hash browns, 2 veggie sausages, fresh mushrooms and tomatoes, one egg fried, scrambled or poached.

Two on toast:
Eggs fried, scrambled or poached.
(Please request if you margarine spread in the kitchen).

Kipper fillet, smoked over beech, oak and pine woods.
(Careful the fillets still contain some small bones).

Scottish porridge oats with milk or water.
(please ask for raisins sprinkled on top).
