Bring your apples or other soft fruit to us, and have us process it, or process it yourself from our property with a little tuition. If you are looking at purchasing your own equipment, this may give you a good insight on the right equipment to buy, and how effective it is.

Process A consists of electric Centrifugal Mill and 40 litre Hydro Press.
Process B consists of electric Centrifugal Mill and 50 litre Manual Ratchet Spindle Press.
Process C consists of electric Centrifugal Mill and 72 litre Rack and Cloth Press.
What to bring when Juicing close to Hampshire and surrey boarders Cider Making Equipment:-
Your apples or other soft fruit, washed clean, fresh without any rot, measured to a known volume in litres.
Clothes for working outside in a variety of weather conditions, and outdoor shoes.
Enough sterilised containers for taking your juice home.
The Pommace or spent fruit cake you can either take back in containers used to bring the apples, or leave this with us to dispose of in our orchard.

Minimum Order £40 which is 40 litre of juice at £1.00 / litre (140 liters of whole apples (75Kg) typically required).
Day rate for us to press your fruit £200.
Or per litre price for us to press starting from £0.58 / litre of juice, based on 360 litres of juice.

Process B:- Electric Centrifugal Mill and 50 litre manual Spindle Press:-
Day rate for you to press your own fruit with some minimal training £75.
Or per litre price for you to press your own starting from £0.26 / litre of juice, based on 320 litres of juice.
Minimum Order £38.50 which is 50 litre of juice at £0.77 / litre (180 liters of whole apples (96kg) typically required).
Day rate for us to press your fruit £150.

Apple Juice Pasturisation for your apple juice all year around:-
Press the apples into Juice as above.
Bring your own washed and cleaned 750ml or 1 litre glass bottle with screw top lids.
We can supply recycled 1 Ltr Glass bottle with cap for £1.50 (Please note you can re-use these for unlimited future years).
Pasturising 750ml bottes in batches of 14 @ £0.35 / bottle.
Pasturising 1 litre bottes in batches of 11 @ £0.45 / bottle.
