17th century converted barn within tranquil setting surrounded by 11 acres of gardens and woodland beside the river Wey.
Start the day in our impresssive oak beamed breakfast room, while we serve you a healthy, freshly prepared meal.

Whether you need to work, or just relax, we cater for your every need with friendly and professional attention to detail.
The Bed and Breakfast rooms are furnished with antique furniture, period French beds and crisp cotton bedding.
All Bed and Breakfast rooms have digital TV, DVD and CD players, along with tea and coffee making facilities.
All Bed and Breakfast rooms are en-suite.
Choose from double Bedrooms with large walk-in showers and large sunflower head or, twin and super king size double bedrooms with bath and shower facilities.
Single occupancy of double or executive double rooms, while competitively priced, give you that extra level of comfort that you deserve.
Unwind and relax in the guest house's peaceful south facing garden and patio area.
Wireless broadband internet available throughout the accommodation.
Upper Neatham Mill Farm is a non-smoking bed and breakfast.
Sorry, no pets allowed in the main accommodation building due to the high standard of furnishings.

Directions GU34 4EP

First, follow maps to Alton Hampshire.
Then turn into London road entering the village of Holybourne, north of Alton Hants.
Take the second turning right on to Upper Neatham Mill Lane (Sat Nav users postcode GU34 4EP will get you to here).
Drive all the way to the bottom and this will turn into the B&B private drive.
Continue along until you drive over the river Wey and you will see the Guest House directly in front of you.
Bear left directly in front of the Bed and Breakfast, this will lead into the accommodations open courtyard.
Then turn right into the guest house car park marked with a large blue car park sign.
Please park in one of the designated Guest House parking bays.

Menu

Relax in our traditional oak beamed breakfast room.
Served 7.15am to 8.15am weekdays, 8am to 9am Saturdays / Sundays. (other times with prior arrangement.)
Whether your preference is a traditional cooked English or fruit and yogurt, the choice is yours.
We use local and free range Hampshire produce wherever possible.

The Breakfast Menu

Help yourself to:
Fresh percolated coffee.
Fresh orange juice.
Cereals with organic semi skimmed milk.
Selection of fruit from the fruit bowl.

If you prefer something cooked:

For the meat eaters we have:-
2 pork sausages, 2 rashers of bacon with mushrooms, eggs - either scrambled or fried and fresh fried tomatoes.
(please note, we grill / griddle all our meat.)

For the vegetarians we have:-
2 vegetarian sausages, 2 hash browns with mushrooms, eggs - either scrambled or fried and fresh fried tomatoes.

Please request:
Fresh pots of tea.
Fresh toast, we have both wholemeal and white.
Yogurts, apple juice or organic full fat milk.
