17th century converted barn within tranquil setting surrounded by 11 acres of gardens and woodland beside the river Wey.
Start the day in our impresssive oak beamed breakfast room, while we serve you a healthy, freshly prepared meal.
Relax in our 4 star silver award luxury en-suite bedrooms, furnished to exceptionally high standards.

First, follow maps to Alton Hampshire.
Turn into London road entering Holybourne village, north of Alton Hants.
2nd turning right, Upper Neatham Mill Lane, go under 10'3" railway bridge, and road turns into private B&B drive.
Drive over the river Wey, guest house accommodation will be facing you.
Bear left directly in front of bed and breakfast,leading into the accommodations open courtyard.
Turn right into guest house car park, marked with a large blue sign, park in one of the designated bays.
The Breakfast Menu
Relax in our traditional oak beamed breakfast room (7.15am to 8.15am weekdays, 8am to 9am Saturday & Sunday).
We use local, free range and organic produce from close to the bed and breakfast where possible.
Help yourself to:
Fresh percolated coffee.

Selection of cereals.
Organic semi skimmed milk in jugs.
Selection of fruit from the fruit bowl.
If you prefer something cooked: (All food is cooked fresh from order, with meats only grilled or griddled)

(with fresh mushrooms and tomatoes, one egg fried, scrambled or poached).
